This is because water can move in both directions, one is when the water inside the structure leak out and cause damage to neighboring structures and the second is when the ground water level is high and an unclean water seeps into the water holding structure.
Therefore, it is recommended to use Darma Mixture when casting the concrete and then use Darma Proof to create impermeable layer outside and inside the tank and finally use damp proof Darma Premier + adhesive and Darma Grout to adhere the swimming pool tiles to the plastered surface.
